I have had an interest in photography and animals for as long as I can remember. I got my first SLR at the age of 21 which was a simple Olympus OM10 which I eventually upgraded to an OM4 before finally turning digital and Canon cameras in late 2010. Digital opened up endless possibilities for me with the ease of changing ISO (film speed) and also my first ever auto focus lenses. I always remember as a boy, looking through books and magazines with amazing pictures and thinking to myself “I would love to get a photo like that.” Now it is a reality and just as exciting as it always has been.
